Rad-Onc Application/ Interview process

Are there any specific issues/ topics one needs to be aware of or concerned about while applying to Rad-Onc Residency, If one has already completed another residency such as Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and has been in primary care practice?

I would appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.
