Off to listen to somebody from MCV/VCU talk about "Risk Management in Pathology."

Wish me luck walking from the parking garage to my office to the sign out room. :barf:

Thanks babe! I am back home already. My comments of the morning:

1) Holy crap I am weak. I didn't notice it so much over the weekend since the most I moved was from my bed to the bathroom to my comp to the couch and back. I literally do not have the strength to walk from my office to the other side of the hospital.

2) Clindamycin is EVIL. I am almost getting to the point I would rather have more pokes. I literally feel like my entire GI tract is getting chopped to pieces. I will never complain about heartburn again in my life. *chugs more water in futile attempt to dilute the clinda*

3) Thank God I am on chemistry. Seriously. I do not know what would happen if I were on a rotation where I actually had to do work (which is how the majority of rotations are. :laugh: )

4) Cytology is really boring and appears to be one step above voodoo.

5) I don't give a crap about medico-legal issues.

6) The skin over my PM continues to look better all the time and is no longer hot to the touch. 👍 So even though clinda is EVIL, it works. Hopefully is doing more damage to the Strep viridans than to my GI tract. 🙄

7) I am going to take a nap now. 😴

Try being a Cowboys fan... you have to watch your team lose AND admit they pretty much deserve to lose for hiring that loudmouth idiot.

yeah, he is a bit of a loudmouth idiot. i still don't understand why they hired him....the cowboys usually make pretty smart decisions.

well just went out to eat with some of my friends--got my oil changed--and now i need to clean up my house. got my new "handout" today--813 pages of powerpoints for 3 weeks. i'll have my fourth exam and then a comphrensive final the day after. let me tell you--if i didn't want to go to med school i would definitely know it by now

I literally almost filled up an entire dumpster with binders when I finished med school. Unbelievable "handouts."
