Rank Order List question- withdrawn???

I was looking at my certified ROL and under the column of "Status" on one of my programs it says "WITHDRAWN"

Does that mean that, all the spots at that institution were prematached???

- Filled all positions pre-match
- No residents will be graduated and so will not higher new ones this year
- Lost accreditation
- Violate match and withdrawn by the match

Call the match and ask about any program.
