    first year- excitement, but overwhelmed with amount of work
    second year- just itching to get to third year
    third year- don't know crap, terrified of hurting patients, getting lost in hospital all the time, etc.
    fourth year- so this is what it is all about! more freedom, confidence. Only downside is the match.
