Rapid Review (Goljan) Review Questions

At the back of the rapid review books (Path, Physio, Etc) there are a ton of USMLE type questions. For all of you who took the exam, were these similar to the real thing?

The real Step I questions are longer and more challenging.

UWorld is the closest approximation that I've seen.
