i am re-taking part 1 need help with application.
Do i have to get dean certification again?
what other documents i have to send along with application (ece or transcripts)?
I think fee in my case will be 220.

Hi,
You don't need to send any dean certification or ECE report... If you have already given your part-1 exam previously, you just need to send the required application fee along with the filled in application form if you are doing it with a paper application form; if you are filling it online, you just have to fill the form online and pay by credit card... only thing is that there should be a 90 day gap between your previous last attempt and your new exam date...and also you need to mention the reference number which they give on your score sheet...
