Hey guys...
here's my situation. I failed my GI system course 🙁 and I was told I can take it at another school if I find one that would let me. Does your school offer it or do you know of one that does? Most of the schools I've looked it into just incorporates it into their Path course.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!

I'm at LECOM in Eire, Pa. We start GI system on the 9th. But I don't know if we take outside students. We do have an independent study pathway. They only have to come into school when they have an exam. Maybe that is an option, but like I said, I don't know if my school would take you. Good luck. :scared:

during my NYCOM interview I was told that the curriculum is systems based and they have some courses that may be retaken over the summer for those that do not pass the makeup exams.

That's very nice of your schools. I hear here at COMP, they offer a remediation test that is usually near impossible to pass - and once you fail that, you repeat the entire year over (with the exception of some 1st semester courses like anatomy in which you'll spend your summer over in Nebraska taking a summer course).

😱 😱 😱 I better get back to studying! OP, good luck finding something. You're better off staying up a few hours and visiting each school's website and their faculty pages to email all the chairs of that department. Hopefully one will allow you - also check with your shcool if it has to be a medical school or any graduate level course.
