Hi guys, 1st year PCCM fellow here, wanted to read more on BiPAP, finished the ATS reading list section but it wasn't too useful on the practical details, just a lot of stuff on why we do things. Can anyone recommend a good starting point in terms of books or papers on BiPAP mechanics, physiology, etc.?
