For those of you who have take step one already, were the questions you encountered similar to the ones in qbank/uworld? Or were the questions a little easier? What about in comparison to the NBME online exams? I'm just trying to get an idea of what to expect on the real thing. I have heard the questions are easier than uworld/qbank, but a little bit harder than the nbme exams. Is this true? Thanks!

i havent taken it, but my friend has so i just asked him. he stated " qbank F#$*#($* sucks and it was a waste of time. stick with UW its the closest thing to the actual step. as for the NBME's are concerned, the higher the number for the NBME exam(1 to 6) the harder the questions become however its a Great indicator for the actual step score." hope this helped!!!

Interesting. Generally, probably true about NBMEs. I mean, no one will argue with 3-6 being harder than 1...but I thought 4 was harder than 5.
