You should accumulate another 25 hours of physician shadowing. More clinical volunteering hours with patient contact and scribing hours will also help your chances for interviews. Post your new MCAT score here in the future.
 
If you got II's but didn't seal the deal, just make sure you are really prepared for your interviews. I would still connect with those schools' students and get more insight into the schools. You may have made connections with some during your interview days, so staying in touch with people you met if they happened to have been accepted may not be a bad thing to inquire about.

As @Faha said increase your shadowing and clinical experiences. ADCOMS will want to see significant improvement on your reapplication. You might also want to get some help with your interview skills. Four interviews resulting in 4 WL with no acceptances, indicates to me you are having a hard time selling yourself to seal the deal!
