Reapplicants to Rosalind Franklin

To anyone who has reapplied to Rosalind Franklin-- I applied last year and had a "complete file" and am a little confused about the procedure. Do we just complete the secondary with a new essay and send in new one letter? Or, will they be using our old essay (because it says they will reactivate the file). Also, did you write the name of the author of your new letter on it? From what I understand, I should just check the box and not write the name. Any help would be appreciated
