Recent acceptances and need clarification on what I have to do today. Help!

I received 2 acceptances this past week. Do I still need to select a PTE school today and withdraw from the other school?! Or can I just not select one at all and choose it when I decide in the next few days. I keep reading online you can only have 1 acceptance after April 30th but both of mine were so recent that I am still making my decision. Neither school has clear comments on PTE, only deadlines for CTE. I e-mailed the second school that accepted me and they said I still have 2 weeks to make my decision but I don't want the first school to rescind my acceptance if they see I got another one.

I would email/call the other school ASAP to see if you can get a PTE extension.
