recent email from UCSF-Fresno?

I heard that UCSF-Fresno IM residency and some other programs like Psych and Gen Surg within UCSF-Fresno - the coordinators have recently sent out emails reminding applicants to rank in NRMP before the deadline. Do coordinators only send these emails to those people whom they are ranking or do ALL of the interviewees get this email (is it bulk?)? Please clarify. Anyone receive such an email.
