What else I need to apply so that I can start working?

ASB, could you tell me how did you apply for your PA license. Did you apply online or by mail. Please help

Hello Dr.
Go to google. Type Dental Board Penn state. It will take to dental board website. Look for Dental License. Take a print out. Fill it up. (It's 3 pages and very easy to fill) and attach $20 and send it to them by mail.
