Recommend a good overview article detailing bio pscycho social aspects of pain

One of the corporate execs is asking for a good overview article of how multi-disciplinary pain medicine is supposed to work, detailing the role of the bio pscyho social model in pain clinics, "the big picture" type thing...an article explaining what a top notch pain clinic should be all about. Can anybody recommend a good article?
