Reconstructive Surgery Programs

I have recently become interested in reconstructive surgery and was trying to find out information. Can one become a reconstructive surgeon without being a plastic surgeon as well? It seems every residency program is combined with plastics.

Reconstructive surgery is part of plastics, ENT also does a fair amount of facial reconstruction (fellowship after ENT residency).
