Recycling LOR?

Hi I would like to know: Does AAMC save LORs after the application cycle ends? (So the applicant can reuse them in reapplication)

From the 2015 AMCAS Instruction Manual p 60:

AMCAS will retain and deliver letters only within a single application year.

And on p 65:

If you are a reapplicant, you will need to resubmit letters of evaluation to AMCAS
for each application cycle to which you apply.
