Refund of Deposit?????

Hi everyone,

I asked for my deposit back, in a timely fashion, from a school I ultimately declined. It's been nearly a month and I haven't heard. I'm going to call them. I'd like to know first if anyone here has had a problem getting their deposit back or is this a typical wait that I'm experiencing.

I thought all deposits were nonrefundable........

The school specifically said it was refundable until Mar 1. I sent a certified letter which they signed for more than two weeks prior to Mar 1.
