I just registered for the PCAT at the end of October.. I have two questions:

1- is it too late to apply for pharmacy schools?

2- what to do now? should I start and work on my application? and how to do that?

1. You need to check the schools individually. Some schools don't even need the PCAT, and some schools may or may not accept a test score in October (I think most schools do, but I would double check).
2. Again, go to the individual schools. Most of them accept applications through PharmCAS, which is the online Pharmacy Application service (pharmcas.org) but some of them have their own individual applications. Also, don't forget to check if your schools have a separate supplemental application that needs to be completed.

I would definitely hurry to start and complete your application, as you will need to have references done, transcripts sent, and PharmCAS will have to verify your application (which can take up to 5 weeks after you esubmit)
