maybe this is a bit premature, but i'm already anxiety-ridden about april 16th. any suggestions?

Listen to a sounds of nature CD while taking a warm bath and put yourself in place where the sounds come from. For example, if you are listening to a babbling brook, close your eyes and envision yourself in the mountains or forest next to a brook or stream.
