What happens if I'm on Navy HPSP and I have to repeat my first year?

They will send you to the fleet as an undesignated E-1 and you will have to chip paint for the extent of your four year enlistment. But don't worry, I hear it's pretty cool hanging off the side of the ship in a harness.

I actually emailed someone this afternoon and asked. If you need to repeat the year, you go LWOP for the year.

If you decide not to continue with medical school, you are administratively separated and will need to repay the funds expended.

Don't go down up without a fight. In college somehow I got good grades by cramming. Medical school was like getting hit upside the head especially gross anatomy:) It took me a few months to learn how to study and once I did I took off.
