Reschedule test date

So I'm signed up to take the test Sept. 12, but I've been having some major health problems (disc herniation, and rotator cuff tear). I can't sit for more than half hour without pain shooting through my legs. I know this is close to the test date, but is there any way I can reschedule the test for January 2010? or is it too late? Thanks.

At this point it is too late. You need to reschedule prior to the regular registration deadline.
