I was wondering if students at Georgetown have any access to research at NIH or Vet Affairs health center nearby? I see those hospitals affiliated with the residency programs...do the students have any access?

any med student can do research at NIH, if they apply and are accepted to a research program. Go to the NIH website for info.

well, the NIH is in bethesda, isn't it? I don't think its in DC itself. If you're wondering if Georgetown has an affliation to get people NIH research spots, not that i know of. But it's close, so i'm sure some people find school year contacts/jobs there. I thought UMaryland-baltimore was closer to the NIH than georgetown was though?
