Research in med school with no prior experience?

I'm not in med school yet but I was wondering if it will be possible to do any type of research with no experience in undergrad. I'm curious about during the summer or during the year.

Yes. Find a professor with a lab from one of your lectures that interests you and ask them. Don't expect $.

I wasn't expecting money. I want the opportunity partially for my resume, but mostly because I am interested in it.
