I don't think there is such a thing.

There is a reserve GI bill (which is different than the regular GI bill, and two cannot be used concurrently, but can be used consecutively).

The reserve GI bill (something like $330/month if you're a full time student) can be used for 3 years, but it will commit you to the SELRES for 6 years.

The monthly amount for full time listed above is right. There is no reserve tuition assistance.
