Is there a way to reset your full lengths and take them again. I was in the middle of full length 2 and my internet bugged out and it forced me to skip the verbal section. I just ended the test and want to restart and do the verbal section but i can't find a way to reset it? Anyone know if this is possible?

I figured it out on my own and thought I'd let others know, if you want to reset your full lengths dial 1-800-527-8378 and then when you get the recording press 3, 2, and 1 to get right to a rep. Tell them you want to reset a specific full length, give them your login email and your all set.

Yeah I guess the only way to reset them is call that number above. I don't know why they wouldn't include a reset button.

    Hey Guys!

Just wanted to let you know I have gotten this question before. I have been told it is partly because of the way the software is written. Apologies for that. If you need to reset again simply remember the number is 1-800-KAPTEST.
