Residency and FMG

Please help me understand how difficult it is to get and Anesthesiology Residency being an American that graduated from Lublin, Poland or a school in the Caribbean.

They say its hard to Match in to this program. PLS advise....

At this current time, you need board scores greater than 90's on both parts if you're a foreign med graduate in order to get into anesthesia.
