Hello, I am a doctor from Romania, in april 2013 I received my speciallity as a family doctor, and in october 2013 I had my PhD in Atherosclerosis in Systemic Autoimmune Diseases and I would like to do a second residency in rheumatology in sweden or denmark. I would like to know what my possibilities would be for obtaining it.

Hi, I just see your post here - as a specialist you can apply for a GP position through recruitment companies such as Medicolink - they are especially dealing with recruiting EU doctors to Denmark. It's less likely that you can get a resident position immediately as a foreigner, maybe it would be wiser to apply for a specialist position, then start residency when you are there for a few years already. At Medicolink, they help you in all the application and authorization procedure, and once you got the offer from the Danish hospital, they teach you the language for free. You can also register in the database: http://www.medicolink.com/
