Hi!
I'm a EU Citizen(Italian) and I'm very interested to the residency in Norway. Now my questions are: How do i to get into the residency programm in Norway? What's it the scheme/way after italian(european) authorization? I put in evidence that the italian authorization(after precise exam) is necessary to apply in italian residency and in all EU countries(UK and Sweden too). Is the italian authorization sufficient to apply in norwegian program's specializations?
Thanks for your heps!

You'll obviously have to be fluent in Norwegian.

Of course! Infact Norway incorporates all the general laws governing the free movement of EU citizens, such as the Swiss. I wanted to know more....

Hello.
It would be really helpful if somebody could help us with some information. I am also a EU citizen. I am a Medical Student and thinking of starting some language courses.I read something about this subject , but I am not sure I understood everything.
I know that every foreigner has to take the Bergens test before applying to any internship. But what about the OSCE (Objective Structures Clinical Skills Exam)? Do we still need to take this; knowing that we are EU Citizens?
I know that Norway usually prefers specialist and not residents. But are there any chances to start your residency in Norway(probably this one depends on the speciality you wish to pursue)?
So , to sum up , I would like to know if I should start doing something else(besides starting the language courses) for now. I have 3 more years until I graduate from a EU-recognised Medical University.
Thank you so much!
Best regards.
