In which month were the most family medicine interviews?

Also, does it matter when you interview? Is there a lot of flexibility in scheduling interviews, or do they give you a small time frame in which to do it?

Interview time usually from October to January. Some program interview starts September, but Majority is from those 3-4 months.

Our first interview day is Sept 22. We interview 3 applicants almost every Thursday and Friday through Jan/Feb when everyone finalizes their rank lists. There is some benefit to interviewing early in the season because everyone is still excited and you as an interviewee aren't yet burned out....people are usually a bit less excited on their 9th or 14th interview. At the same time, your first 1-2 interviews might be a bit rougher if you are working out some nerves. I recommend you place your top choice interviews early in the season but to schedule 1 or 2 "warm-up" interviews first.
