What's up everybody? I have anothe question about residency pgms.....I've noticed that a lot of programs have different numbers of positions each consecutive year. For example: Program A has 8 positions for the first year, 7 for the second year, 5 for the third year, and 5 for the 4th year. That seems kinda strange to me.....do people get kicked out or what?! I mean if 8 new people come in the first year why are there only 7 slots the following year? It's like musical chairs or something! LOL! Anyway.....if someone can explain this to me it would be a great help. Thanx
