I want to know how to apply and the requirements to start a residency programe in ireland

Irish medical council best website for all your questions. There is an exam PRES and if you pass this is followed by the clinical.
read oxford hand bok of clinical medicine, clinical.surgery and clinical specialities.

Think there is a center for PRES part 1 in middle east. think Oman not sure. all there on the web site.
