Can you guys help with a list of programs in AEGD and GPR that accept non U.S or Canadian graduates who are also Not U.S citizens ?

The list is available from PASS Search Engine. You will have to check each program to see if they accept non-US/Canadian graduates who are non-U.S. Citizens. You can pretty much rule out all of the VA Hospitals!

If the deadlines are in January ,When should I submit the PASS application , and how long is the matching process ? When do programs start ?
