I have been checking the pass website for program info and requirements. Some requirements indicate a need for limited license or eligibility for license. Are these for international students/dentists only? Thanks in advance.

You need a license to practice as a resident at many or most schools.

if you're asking as 4th year dental student, it's fine as long as you are planned to graduate with the license next year
