When obtaining a residency, do the directors only want to look at board scores and med school grades, or do they also look at undergrad grades? Thank you!

I am fairly confident that the majority of residency programs look at: #1 outstanding recommendations, #2 board scores, #3 med school grades and lastly, if you are lucky enough, #4 interview. I highly doubt that undergraduate grades are ever questioned.
