Resons for leaving Residency in PGY2

Can everyone please share their views, I am planning to move for PGY2 position but cannot understand if giving the real reson that the program sucks and is taking more energy in other issues than residency training make a good impression on the program i m planning to move to, have you tried it. Please let me know your opinion .........
