Resubmit AMCAS to waitlist school?

Hey Guys,
I'm waitlisted at two schools right now and am preparing to resubmit my AMCAS. Should I not submit it to the schools I'm waitlisted at until after I get rejected (They're not very promising waitlists)?

whether you think you have a shot at getting off of the waitlists or not, reapplying shows your resilience to get into those schools. I guess at this point you need to just treat it as reapplying as normal to the schools you want to go to. I wouldn't sweat it, I'm sure you are not the first person to do this.
