Is there a specific format for resumes when applying to PhD/PsyD programs? None have asked for any, I just wanted to make sure.

Also, my adviser told me to round my overall gpa of 3.58 to 3.6 and my psych GPA of 3.76 to 3.8 on my resume. Should I?

While there is no standard CV/resume that is required, make sure you get some help setting it up. I'm in the process of reviewing CV's for internship selection right now and I've come across a few that are a hot mess, information is jumbled and just randomly thrown in here and there. Yeesh.

I believe I listed mine out to two decimal places. If the application itself doesn't tell you what to do, I personally would just put whatever's listed on my transcripts. In your case, there's not likely to be any substantive difference anyway.
