resume ... ???

hey y'all ! i was applying a job ( not sure it;s either a volunteer or a dent. assist. ) at a dental office and the receptionist there told me to fax my resume so that they cud call me later ! But i dont know what a resume looks like.. or what sud be included ..i have no idea at all.. wud any 1 be kind enuf to tell me what it sud look like ?? or just say where i can find one. all i can say is thanks a lot ! !
