Retail is so much slower down here than in nor cal. It's bangin!!!! My new manager is kinda different, but it's alright BECAUSE MY SALARY DIDN'T CHANGE I don't quite get it, but my pay ($16/hr) is the same down here as up there.
There appears to be some flexibility in how you're paid, bc i've heard different stories from different people.
A P-3 intern from sc is only making two dollars more than me, but the store manager said the salary should be like $23/hr.
Dunno. I think there's a lot of variegation.
I'm gonna ask my DM about it.
