I got a C- in OCHEM I. Although I read the book and learned a lot from the book, the professor had her own style of teaching and asked questions that were not based on the book. So although I know OCHEM I, should I retake it? Will medschools accept a C- in OCHEM I?

i got a C in Ochem 1 and i still got interviews/acceptance.
I think it's more important to rock ochem2 and show them an upwards trend.

Retaking probably isn't as useful as getting an A in ochem 2 and showing an overall upward trend.

Don't most schools, if not all, require a C in all pre reqs? Therefore a C- wouldn't cut it. I believe this is correct.

Some of the UC's wont take a C-, some will... it depends. You may want to retake it...

Yes, a C- is a 1.7 I believe and the minimum is a 2.0, therefore, it must be retaken.
