Retake?

I got a 511 (129/126/127/129) on my first attempt at the MCAT, but I'm not sure if I should retake it. I'm most concerned about my CARS score and the fact that my GPA isn't very high (~3.6, top 30 undergrad).

I'm not sure if the risk of retaking will outweigh the benefits. I'm not gunning for an Ivy League, just not sure if I have a chance of at least one acceptance letter to an allopathic school (also applying to DO/MD is ideal).

Any input is deeply appreciated.

Is it really? I thought it was a little higher than that. For me, it's that I was scoring higher on CARS practice and was surprised by my section score.
