I've reviewed several papers while in the graduate phase of the MD/PhD, but I am tempted now to decline to review while back in medical school after the PhD. Just too much going on. Is there any advantage to reviewing papers once your focus shifts from science to matching?

If you want to do research in that field after you graduate, then I think it's a good idea. It will keep you up-to-date with what's going on. If you're done with research, then it's probably not worth it.
