After completing a VR section, what is the best way to review? Is the Examkracker method the best way to go?

What do you mean by review? Going back and checking answers as to WHY you got them WRONG OR RIGHT? Ofcourse, you should be doing that IF you have time!

I do have time to review how and why I got them wrong. But, are other suggestions on how to improve my VR score?

The only way to improve on verbal is: Practice, Practice, Practice! Thats all. Just keep on practicing passages and see why you got answers RIGHT OR WRONG. Learn the 'thought process'.
