Hi, I'm a medical student at MCV/VCU who is trying to sublet a beautiful 2bd/2ba condo from May 15th to July 15th for $1850/month. The condo is located about a 10-15 minute walk from MCV Hospital and close to all downtown restaurants. It is a safe location with amazing views of the James River right from the window. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is fully furnished. All utilities are included-cable, internet, phone, electricity, water, etc. A washer and dryer are in the unit and there is a covered parking space included as well. There is a gym and club room in the building with 24hr access. I'm looking for someone who will keep the condo in good condition. No pets allowed. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP.
