Risk of applying to a newer school like Western?

I read that they're not fully accredited so I'm kind of nervous about applying there. It's a cool location but I don't want to be two years in and then be screwed if the school falls apart.

If you like the location, SCCO is a stone's throw away.
(One more reason Western was never needed)

I really don't think it will fall apart. The only issue is the accreditation. It is pre-accredited now. Eventually it will gain full accreditation.
