Does anyone with first-hand experience on robotic bronchoscopy systems have anything they're able to share? I'm particularly interested in how things might have improved compared to prior electromagnetic navigational bronchoscopy systems.

Some robotic systems (like Monarch) rely on electomagnetic navigation to guide the robot-controlled bronchscope, whereas others (like Ion) utilize fiberoptic geolocation. The fiberoptic system is pretty cool, doesn't get interference from fluoro as you would with traditional EM nav.
