I think that you have some nice choices here, but I will only comment on places where I interviewed. I guess Downstate should be considered if you want a university-based program at NYC. Go to scutwork.com. There is a great comment there from one of the current interns. As a current student at Downstate, I strongly agree with that persons opinion.
I heard BI has some issues, but location is great. Mimo and NYHQ are pretty solid community programs if you want to be in New York. I had reservations about Cabrini simply because Im not sure how they could compete with the other major hospital centers in the city. It would be nice to live in that area, but there simply has to be an easier way to get an apartment in Manhattan. Anyway, this is just one persons opinion. Best of luck.
