Room for rent. Housing near Lutheran, Maimonides, NYC hospitals, Bushwick hospital (centralized location) This apartment is perfect for a medical student or intern that is looking for a quiet and clean
place to live during their Brooklyn rotation. The apartment will be shared with another
medical student. There will only be 2 students in this apartment. Our rooms are not like other typical housing units that are overcrowded. You would be sharing the apartment with one other person. .
The apartment includes all utilities, gas, electric, heat and internet and is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pots, pans etc... The apartment is in Bay Ridge Brooklyn 78th st near 3rd avee zip code 11209 near the 77th street R train. You can buy a monthly metro pass for $110 for unlimited train and bus
rides that can take you into near Maimonides or Lutheran hospital or annywhere in the NC metro area. The apartment is 1 block from many stores, shops and restaurants and food stores. Very, very convenient access to everything you may need. We are also near the NY harbor - 5 blocks and it s near jog paths, bike paths and many, many, parks overlooking the NY Skyline.
