I have an extra room in a townhouse in South Houston about 20 minutes from University of Houston. The room comes with a small walk in closet, and you will have full use of a full bath and a half bath plus kitchen/dinning and living room. You will share the living spaces with 3 UH students and 1 healthcare professional occupying the other 2 rooms. Price is reasonable according to the rates in the area with utilities split evenly among everyone. I'm looking for either a student or a healthcare provider preferably female, no smoking and no pets.
